• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Booking and Payment

All bookings for pet care services must be made through our website or mobile app. You agree to provide accurate details about your pet and home environment when booking. Payment must be made at the time of booking through our secure payment system. Prices for Services are listed on our website and are subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation. Contact us directly for refund inquiries.

Pet Care Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary supplies and information to ensure your pet’s well-being, including:

• Food, water, leashes, and any medications required.
• Clear instructions about any special needs or behaviors. You also agree that your pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from any contagious conditions.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Our caregivers are trained and vetted professionals committed to providing the highest quality of care for your pets. They will follow your instructions and ensure your pet is safe and comfortable during the service.

Liability and Indemnity

Pawz & Furz is committed to ensuring the safety of your pets, but we cannot be held liable for any:

• Injuries or illnesses sustained by your pet during the service.
• Damage to your property caused by your pet.
• Loss or harm due to unforeseen events or third-party actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pawz & Furz, its employees, and caregivers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.

Emergency Situations

In case of an emergency, our caregivers will make every effort to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, we will seek necessary medical care for your pet. You agree to cover any associated costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time without notice. If a significant change affects your existing booking, we will notify you, and you may choose to cancel or reschedule your service.

All content, logos, and materials provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Pawz & Furz. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written consent from us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
